Isolated to scattered showers today as temperatures stay pleasant into the weekend

HASTINGS, Neb. (KSNB) - Good Morning! We’ve got mostly cloudy skies to start this morning and expect them to remain for much of the day. Our storm system that brought rain the past couple of days, mainly Tuesday night, is on its way out and with that there’s still potential for some isolated showers and maybe even a few rumbles of thunder. The best chances will persist across central and eastern Nebraska and northern Kansas. Most of the rain chances will diminish through the evening hours as we look to stay dry into tomorrow morning. Temperatures this morning are starting in the 50’s and will warm into the mid to upper 60’s across western Nebraska, with most of eastern Nebraska making it into the low to mid 70’s. Winds will stay somewhat light through the day slowly picking up into the aft
