A cruise passenger has died after falling down a mountainside, having lost the trail on a hike in Juneau, Alaska. Anchorage Daily News reports that 36-year-old Britain Pool died from injuries sustained in the fall, while a second man suffered minor injuries but did not fall as far. Alaska State Troopers were able to locate the body of the Texas man using a drone. KTUU reported his remains have been taken to the state medical examiner’s office, and his next of kin has been notified. Troopers received a 911 call from a man who said they’d followed a path that had turned out not to be the trail.
