Merchant & Trade, a rooftop bar and lounge at Kimpton Tryon Park Hotel, is collaborating with Bojangles for a one-day-only brunch event on Sept. 21. This is the second time Merchant & Trade and Bojangles have hosted the event this year.

Christopher Baliles, director of food and beverage at Kimpton, told QCity Metro that the response to the first collaboration back in February and the timing inspired the event’s return. This weekend’s event coincides with the Carolina Panthers’ opening home game.

Baliles said Merchant & Trade will open at 10 a.m. to give guests the full “tailgate experience,” and afterwards, so fans can grab a bite while waiting for traffic to die down.
