MEMPHIS, Tenn. - Thursday, Sept. 18, is national cheeseburger day and franchises across the U.S. are offering special deals to celebrate.

Mcdonald's is offering customers a double cheeseburger for just 50 cents on the restaurant's app. Burger King is also offering rewards members a free cheeseburger with the purchase of one dollar or more.

Buffalo Wild Wings rewards members can buy one burger and get the second one for free on both dine-in or delivery orders. Applebee's and Red Robin are also offering burger deals today for under $10 at participating locations.

Freddy's Frozen Custard and Steakburgers is offering a free double steakburger with the purchase of $10 or more in the rewards app. Wayback burgers is also celebrating by offering customers its classic burger for just five dollar
