A late-night talk show hosted by comedian Jimmy Kimmel has been taken off the air after comments he made about Charlie Kirk.

In his opening monologue on Monday night , he poked fun at how U.S. President Donald Trump was “grieving” Kirk’s murder. He also called out “MAGA land” for trying to make suspect Tyler James Robinson seem like “anything other than one of them.”

The network, ABC, has not confirmed which remarks specifically led to the show’s suspension; however, reports from CNN , CNBC and USA Today attribute the comments to Monday’s show.
