NIGERIA – Shock and sadness have gripped the community after a young mother of two was found dead in a hotel room following a night with her fiancé.

The couple had checked in for what was believed to be a romantic getaway. The next morning, the man reportedly ran out screaming for help after finding his partner unresponsive.

Hotel staff called emergency services, but she was confirmed dead at the scene.

Authorities are investigating possible causes, including health complications during intimacy or other suspicious circumstances.

Similar incidents have occurred in Port Harcourt and Lagos, raising concerns about hidden health risks among couples.

Police have invited the fiancé for questioning, and investigations are still ongoing.
