DOVER, Ky. (WXIX) - The escaped inmate at the center of the ongoing manhunt in Northern Kentucky might have been spotted Thursday in the Dover area, according to the Maysville Police Department.

Kentucky State Police say the inmates took a paddle boat down the Ohio River to Dover, where Cooper grew up.
Butler, 51, was apprehended around 10 a.m. Tuesday in the Dover area , according to the Mason County Sheriff’s Office, but Cooper, 48, remains on the run.
