It's time for the IBMA World of Bluegrass Awards and Festival. The festival is set to welcome thousands to the streets of downtown Chattanooga.

Mindy B's Deli sits on Georgia Avenue. Due to the closings, the shop is fenced in on the other surrounding streets: East MLK Boulevard and Pattern Parkway. This is causing Mindy B's Deli to be blocked off, leading to confusion and a drop in sales.

“Our sales were down 30% yesterday, and honestly, I’m surprised it wasn’t worse. We just so happen to have awesome regular customers who were willing to do the rat race to get us, and I really appreciate that," shares Benton.
