Jeremy Fistel, a 44-year-old Texas man with ties to New York City, stood before a judge in Queens Criminal Court earlier today. Fistel was arrested for allegedly threatening Assemblyman Zohran Mamdani with a series of anti-Muslim messages. FOX 5 NY's Stephanie Bertini reports live from outside the courthouse.
