Erie SeaWolves fans have grown quite familiar with playoff baseball in the past few years.
Two seasons in a row, the team has gone all the way to win championship titles, and at last, the stage is set again for UPMC Park’s first playoff game of the season.
But according to the team’s director of fan engagement, the Seawolves are going to need some help from the fans if they want to win a third championship in a row.
"We need our fans to show up and show out. We want you guys to be loud, and we want the team, we want Altoona to be a little scared to be playing at UPMC Park because the fans are bringing the energy," said Laina Banic, Erie Seawolves Director of Fan Engagement.
