BOURNE, Mass. —
A driver accused of leading police on a high-speed chase after a car crash Thursday morning was transported to the hospital after sustaining injuries in that chase.
According to the Massachusetts State Police, troopers were notified by Barnstable Police just before 11:30 a.m. that the driver of a Ford F150 had fled from officers after being involved in a two-car crash on Route 132.
Authorities did not disclose if anyone was injured in that collision.
Officials say the driver continued on to Route 6 west, traveling at speeds of 90 miles per hour.
Troopers positioned themselves further down Route 6 to deploy stop sticks.
