Riverside and San Diego counties are under a flood warning which was issued by the National Weather Service on Thursday at 3:13 p.m. The warning is in effect until 5:15 p.m.
According to the NWS San Diego CA , “Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected for Riverside and San Diego counties.”
“Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring,” according to the NWS. “Turn around, don’t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.”
