Los Angeles County is included in a flood advisory released by the National Weather Service on Thursday at 1:41 p.m. The advisory is in effect until 3:45 p.m.

The NWS Los Angeles/Oxnard CA said, “Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.”

“Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Minor debris flows possible,” according to the NWS.
