Riverside County is included in an updated flood advisory issued by the National Weather Service on Wednesday at 5:19 p.m. The advisory is in effect until 6:11 p.m.
The NWS San Diego CA says to expect, “Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.”
“Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways,” the NWS said. “Turn around, don’t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.”
