Make sure youth have a future; make sure B.C. reinvests in services needed across the province.

That's what the Conservative Party of British Columbia has to, and will, do should they win the next provincial election, said party leader John Rustad, who made a stop in Vernon Wednesday, Sept. 17, at the Schubert Centre.

"We came within just a few hundred votes of winning a majority government," said Rustad to a crowd of about 35 people gathered in a Schubert Centre meeting room, while close to 60 people were busy playing bingo in the centre's neighbouring main room. "Now is the time to continue the momentum and come together. Let's get the job done and deliver a Conservative government. I am certain we will win the next election."
