NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y. — Niagara County's first Chick-fil-A is officially open.
The new location, at 6610 Niagara Falls Blvd. in Niagara Falls, started serving customers at 6:30 a.m. Thursday. The location will be open Monday through Saturday from 6:30 a.m. to 10 p.m.
In honor of opening day, guests who showed up dressed like a cow — from a full costume to a simple spotted accessory — would get a free entree.
This is the fourth location to open here in Western New York. The new restaurant will be locally owned and operated by Buffalo native Aaron Hord.
"It feels like a dream come true to open the first Chick-fil-A in Niagara Falls and give back to a community that means so much to me and my family,” Hord said. "I’ve called Western New York home my entire life."
