Gaston College recently reported an all-time high in enrollment

This year, Gaston College saw the highest enrollment in its history with 6,925 students participating in degree, diploma or certificate programs.

Jennifer Nichols, the school’s vice president for educational partnerships and enrollment management, said she believes that increased enrollment is a reflection of the local outlook on education, recent job trends and the college’s expansion efforts in recent years.
