Well folks, it looks like we're still riding that wave of summer-like heat across Southern Indiana as we head into the weekend. We'll be monitoring temperatures that are sticking around in the low 90s, which is certainly warmer than our typical seasonal normals this time of year.
We've got a pattern shift on the horizon though, and it's bringing some welcome news! As we move from this weekend into next week, we're expecting a noticeable cooldown, bringing highs down into the lower half of the 80s. This will bring us closer to what we'd consider climatological averages for this period.
Starting early next week, we'll see an increase in our rain chances each day, providing some much-needed relief to the ongoing conditions. We expect storms to be more numerous, especially in the mornings ea
