District 6-6A football got underway last week following an abbreviated preseason, with Allen, Plano, Plano West and Princeton all finding the win column during the first round of conference ballgames.

While sample sizes are still small just three weeks into the season, there have nevertheless been some noteworthy statistical developments early into the year for several teams within the district.
