ATHENS, Ohio. (WSAZ) - A man from Athens has been charged with multiple counts of voyeurism.

According to court documents, Cesar Cortina, 19, allegedly was filming two women on Ohio University’s campus.

On Sept. 10, a witness saw Cortina filming two women with his cellphone in Baker Center, court documents stated.

The witness said they were able to quickly film Cortina, and the video of the incident was sent to an Ohio University Police detective to review, according to court documents.

Court documents stated the video showed Cortina wearing a blue short sleeve shirt, camo shorts, and a backpack.

In the video, Cortina has his cellphone in his left hand that appears to be sitting on his thigh at first glace, court documents stated.
