This is the moment a bungling driver on 'Britain's slowest police chase' tried to flee officers in a car with no tyres at 5mph.
Euton Rook refused to give up hope of a getaway as he trundled through a Midlands village at the very slow speeds.
The 42-year-old even continued in his desperate bid to avoid arrest after all four of his tyres were popped by a police stinger.
