GREENVILLE COUNTY, S.C. —

The Greenville County Multi-Jurisdictional Drug Enforcement Unit said it has made a major drug seizure after an extensive investigation.

Authorities announced Friday that Irby Jarrard Watkins was arrested on Sept.4 and is facing multiple drug trafficking charges.

During the investigation into Watkins, the drug enforcement unit seized the following:

21.64 lbs of marijuana

1,508.09 grams of cocaine

39.5 grams of heroin

563.32 grams of fentanyl

2 firearms

In addition, the Spartanburg County Sheriff’s Office, the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED), and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) executed a related search warrant at an address in Duncan, which resulted in the seizure of an additional 521 grams of Fentanyl
