NORTH AUGUSTA, S.C. (WRDW/WAGT) - If you haven’t been to North Augusta recently, you might do a double-take.

New buildings are popping up everywhere, and one of the newest additions is hoping to be a central part of that growth.

If you’re a fan of Brinkley’s Chop House, a new concept has arrived: Brink’s Tavern , a more casual spot from the same owners.

“It’s a great opportunity to kind of paint on a different canvas and reach more people,” said Executive Chef Ed DeFelice. “Playing with a different price point opens the doors to a lot more possibilities.”

And that “canvas” is full of options, from burgers and fried chicken to oysters and seafood towers.
