Zeus Jones is ushering in a new leadership era, naming design leader Brad Surcey and former Fallon CEO Rocky Novak as co-CEOs, the Minneapolis-based indie agency told ADWEEK. The pair were quietly appointed in July, with today marking the first public announcement of their roles.
Surcey has been with Zeus Jones since its 2007 founding, shaping the agency’s design discipline and leading longstanding client relationships with Chipotle, Hilton, Fidelity, and others. Novak joins after 22 years at Fallon, where he rose from media supervisor to CEO, building the agency’s digital and analytics capabilities and overseeing campaigns for Arby’s, Walmart, Disney, and H&R Block.
