WASHINGTON (DC News Now) -- A third man was arrested Thursday in connection with a quadruple shooting in Southeast D.C. that killed two people, according to the Metropolitan Police Department (MPD).

Police said Dionzai Parker, 21, was arrested on Sept. 18 by the MPD Fugitive Unit and charged with first-degree murder while armed.

His arrest comes after 25-year-old Andre Greene was arrested in November 2024 and 17-year-old Jordan McClaine was arrested in July 2025. Both are charged with first-degree murder while armed, and McClaine will be tried as an adult, according to police.

Police said on July 18, 2024, around 11 a.m., officers responded to reports of shots fired in the 2200 block of Alabama Avenue SE, where four people were found shot.
