MARSHALL, Mo - Marshall Police, with assistance from the Saline County Sheriff's Office, arrested a Marshall man on drug charges yesterday.

According to a release from the Marshall Police Department, authorities served a search warrant at a residence on South Davis Avenue. A probable cause statement reveals they observed 39-year-old Nathaniel Benn with constricted pupils and white residue around his nose while surrounded by drugs and paraphernalia. They recovered 803 grams of marijuana, over seven kilograms of psychedelic mushrooms and more than 700 rounds of various ammunition.
