Some new details have emerged regarding the arrest of new Dallas Cowboys defensive end Jadeveon Clowney on Sept. 12.

On Friday, news broke that Jadeveon Clowney was arrested for trespassing and failure to identify in York County, South Carolina. The incident involving the No. 1 pick of the 2014 NFL Draft occurred two days before Cowboys owner Jerry Jones announced his signing.

While it remains to be seen if Clowney will suit up for Sunday’s Week 3 tilt against the Chicago Bears, more peculiar details regarding his arrest have emerged.

According to WSOC TV, Jadeveon Clowney’s arrest stemmed from his refusal to move his vehicle out of a parking spot that wasn’t open to the public. Clowney wouldn’t cooperate with police and was charged with two misdemeanors:
