Defensive end Jadeveon Clowney was arrested just days before signing a deal with the Cowboys .

Authorities of Rock Hill, S.C. — Clowney’s hometown — allege that the three-time Pro Bowler was attempting to park in an apartment parking lot that was not open to the public, WSOC reported Friday .

Clowney, 32, was arrested in York County for trespassing and failure to identify. Both charges are misdemeanors. 3

According to WSOC, Clowney said he was in the parking lot trying to visit his aunt, but authorities said he was not allowed to park there.

After reportedly getting into an argument with the police and refusing to show his ID, Clowney was arrested.

Clowney told the Cowboys’ official website on Friday that he wasn’t concerned about the arrest. 3
