DULUTH, Minn. (Northern News Now) - A new extended stay destination is officially up and open to guests in the heart of downtown Duluth.

The ‘ Force on Fifth Avenue ’ building is located on North Fifth Avenue West and West Superior Street near Maurices.

Titanium Partners celebrated the opening of the space with a ribbon-cutting on Friday afternoon.

The space is geared toward business travelers, vacationers, and guests needing a temporary place to stay.

Titanium Partners’ CEO Brian Forcier discussed how they plan to develop the space into more than just a boutique hotel.
