NEBRASKA (KCAU) — For many people, policy changes from the federal government can be overwhelming.

And those who run the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) of Nebraska put on a lunch and learn event in South Sioux City to help with just that. The organization helps fight legal cases and has helped four families in the state from being separated.
