FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Four years after the death of Lilyana Romero, her mother is still pushing for justice...

"She would have been 20 this year," Dalia Martinez told Action News.

Lily was a passenger in a small car when it crashed near Hoover High School.

Investigators believe the young driver was under the influence after buying alcohol from University Deli Liquor and say Hassan Mian was the clerk that night.

"No parent should have to bury their child because of the actions of someone who was supposed to be trained," Martinez said. "You check IDs and you double check the pictures (to ensure) it matches, and if they're underage, you say no."

Mian is out on bail after pleading not guilty to four misdemeanors, including three counts of selling alcohol to a minor.
