A local roastery is expanding and taking over the operations from a local long-time roaster in Cleveland County.

Three Oaks Roasting Co. announced in a news release they have purchased Broad River Roasters from Seth Stevens and plan to carry are on the tradition of a love of coffee and community.

Three Oaks Roasting Co. is owned by Sean and Janae Johnson, the husband and wife team behind Press Coffee Lounge .

Since 2021, Three Oaks has operated from a micro-roastery serving online subscribers, retail outlets, coffee shops and mobile baristas throughout the Charlotte area.

The purchase of Broad River Roasters allows Three Oaks to grow exponentially in Cleveland County with a continued focus on community, sustainability and high quality coffee.
