RALEIGH, N.C. (WNCN) — The Raleigh Fire Department is investigating two fires just hours apart in north Raleigh that occurred early Saturday morning.

Officials said the first fire was around 1 a.m. on the corner of Millbrook Road and Falls of Neuse Road at the Quial Corners Shopping Center.

The first responding unit said the fire caused minor damage to the outside of the building, but no interior damage was reported. The cause of this fire remains under investigation.

A second fire broke out around 5 a.m. at a townhome on the 6600 block of English Ivy Lane.

Officials told CBS 17 that crews are still at the scene of this fire and more information will be released later this morning. No word on injuries or displacement by officials.

The cause of this fire is unknown at this time.
