Nearly 90,000 people are expected in downtown Greensboro today.
With plenty of sunshine forecasted, along with the fun, the public is invited.
The 2025 Greensboro Pride Festival, which runs from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., offers performances, food and activities, as well as opportunities to showcase the community, gay pride and visibility.
Headliners include singer and performer Yvie Oddly, the winner of Season 11 of RuPaul's Drag Race in 2019. The emcee is Brenda the Drag Queen.
And there's no cost to attend.
The walkable festival footprint is packed with vendors, food trucks, entertainment stages and themed zones, and spans from N. Church St. and N. Davie St. to E. Lindsay St. and E. Friendly Ave. Included is a kids' zone and an "Adult Alley," so-named because of vendors and merchandise wit
