The 23-year-old Winslow man who allegedly sent threatening emails to the Flagstaff Medical Center on Aug. 29 has been charged in Flagstaff Municipal Court with a single count of misdemeanor threatening or intimidation, records show.
Tristan Long was arrested by the Flagstaff Police Department on Friday, Sept. 5, after his car was reportedly detected by a Flock automated license plate reader. According to a department press release, Long had a loaded rifle magazine and ammunition -- but no firearm -- in the vehicle.
