It is the last weekend of the summer season, and we will definitely be feeling like it. By next week, our temperatures will drop once again.

Both today and tomorrow will feature high temperatures in the low 90s, with an increase in humidity as well. Isolated rain and storm chances are possible during the afternoon and evening hours. While no severe weather is expected, these storms could pack a punch with some heavy rainfall and gusty winds.

Monday is the first day of fall, but it will still be rather warm across the Tennessee Valley. Highs will sit in the upper 80s with a few pop-up showers possible.

By midweek our chances for showers and storms will be going up. Temperatures will come down with highs falling back into the low 80s.

SATURDAY: Partly cloudy with a few showers or storms.
