SALEM, Ore. — A Montana resident has been arrested after damaging $155,000 worth of cars at Salem dealerships.

The first incident occurred on Sept. 11 at the Mercedes & Acura of Salem on Commercial Street Southeast, where the suspect, 32-year-old Brian Del Werner, was caught on video damaging around 35 vehicles. The damage is estimated at $55,000.

On Sept. 14, another 35 vehicles were vandalized at the BMW of Salem on Van Ness Avenue Northeast, resulting in an estimated $100,000 in damages. Police said at least 20 individuals have been identified, as well as damage to dealership property.
