NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) - The Tennessee Titans placed defensive tackle T’Vondre Sweat on Injured Reserve, meaning the second-year pro will miss at least four games.
Sweat was listed all week on the team’s injury report with an ankle issue. He was limited Wednesday and Thursday and then Friday, he did not practice at all.
Sweat played in the season-opener in Denver before leaving in the 4th quarter nursing that ankle. He did not play Week 2 against the LA Rams.

Sweat also missed a chunk of the off-season with an abdominal issue. He also had to have his tonsils taken out.
Sweat was expected to be a key contributor on the defensive line alongside Jeffery Simmons.
