EUGENE — One player can’t save a season, and Oregon State ‘s issues go well beyond secondary depth, but newcomer safety Conrad Hussey showcased his potential in Saturday’s 41-7 loss to Oregon .
Hussey joined the Beavers (0-4) this week via transfer from Florida State , where he was dismissed from the team in August due to an alleged physical altercation with a position coach. Still learning the system in Corvallis, Hussey suited up but wasn’t expected to see the field much against the Ducks.
