Ruben Amorim will still have some injury and selection issues to manage after Manchester United's win over Chelsea .

United claimed a 2-1 win over Chelsea on Saturday evening to return to winning ways in the Premier League . Goals from Bruno Fernandes and Casemiro secured all three points for Amorim and Co. at Old Trafford .

It wasn't all good news for United, though, with Casemiro sent off after receiving two yellow cards during the victory over Chelsea. The midfielder will now serve a suspension which may lead Amorim with a selection headache going forward.
