GREENVILLE, N.C. (WITN) - With tens of thousands filling Dowdy-Ficklen Stadium for Family Weekend, ECU Football came up short against Brigham Young University, losing 34-13.
The Pirates had a rough first half, as Katin Houser threw two interceptions at the end of the half, as the Cougars went into the locker room up 13-3.
After BYU’s offense opened up the lead with two scores in the 3rd quarter, the only touchdown from the Pirates came in the 4th quarter from Katin Houser rushing.
ECU is now 2-2 and plays Army at home next Thursday.
