A vehicle crashed into Granny’s Donuts in Downey Saturday.

The crash occurred at about 7 p.m. Saturday at the doughnut shop at 8534 S. Paramount Blvd., at Birchcrest Road, according to Downey Police Department Lieutenant R. Garcia.

Neither the woman driving the vehicle nor anyone in the building was injured, Garcia said.

The business is open 24 hours a day, Monday through Saturday, and until noon on Sunday, according to Google. There was no answer at the business when City News Service attempted to call to find out whether they were open.
