She earned a bachelor's in business administration and a master's in management, both from the University of Redlands.

Carter has been with the firm since 2022. Before that, he served as director of special projects and external relations at Louisiana Economic Development and supported policy, research and marketing efforts for the Baton Rouge Area Chamber.

He earned a bachelor's in communication studies from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, a master's in political communication from LSU and a master's in business administration, human resource management from LSU-Shreveport.
