The excitement around promised rehabilitation and expansion at the Port of Churchill is growing. This is very good for Manitoba.
Churchill has been in my heart and imagination for more than five decades. I can’t put my finger on the date of the very first time I visited that magical place, but it was before the Town Centre opened in 1976. I went there with a group of like-minded young people bent on touting the glories of Manitoba as a tourist destination.
