A reader emailed me that although he thought Gene Monin and I wrote some interesting and informative articles that he enjoys and sometimes sends on to other people, he suggested we both blow it when we bring U.S. President Donald Trump into an otherwise good piece of reading.

“Perhaps tone it down some because it’s becoming boring, and certainly old hat,” he concluded.

I replied that I was sorry but there was more to come. And I had hardly sent it on its way when there were several new Trump moves that I believed required comment.
