CAITLIN CLARK has revealed she was fined by the WNBA despite being sidelined for the rest of the season.
The Indiana Fever star was ruled out of the remainder of the season with a groin injury earlier this month.
However, a recent fine she received shows the second-year star does not need to be on the court to ruffle the feathers of league chiefs.
Clark caught flak from the league after taking aim at the refs in a social media comment.
In the Fever's first-round playoff win over the Atlanta Dream , Clark watched on from the sidelines.
And after taking issue with the performance of the officials, the 23-year-old wrote on social media: "Refs couldn't stop us."
But she then revealed she had been fined $200 for her transgression.
