Duff and Parker, two older and bonded female cats, deserve a Forever Home after being found abandoned in a carrier in Dufferin Grove Park in July.
“They were actually brought into Toronto Humane Society as stray cats,” said spokesperson Lucas Solowey.
“Someone was concerned and brought them in. And we took good care of them and have been getting them ready for adoption. (We’re) assuming (they were in a home) because they were in a carrier, but we don’t have any information on their history other than they were found.”
Duff is a nine-year-old, black and white domestic shorthair cat, while Parker is a 10-year-old calico (black, orange, white) domestic shorthair cat.
“They’re in good general health,” said Solowey. “They have had some fear, anxiety and stress. It seems to be improving. But
