Vivian Wilson is paving her own path.

Indeed, the estranged daughter of Elon Musk cleared up any misconceptions around how much of her father’s $480 billion net worth she gets access to.

“I’m financially independent,” Vivian said Sept. 20 during a panel at the 2025 Teen Vogue Summit. “I’m making money now.”

She added, “People have a lot of assumptions, and you just kinda have to deal with that.”

And this isn’t the first time the 21-year-old, who is an outspoken objector to most of her father’s public views and actions, has made it clear that she doesn’t reap the financial benefits of being her father’s daughter .
