GALLATIN, Tenn. (WSMV) - The Gallatin Police Department announced the conviction of suspects in two separate cases on Sunday afternoon.

GPD reports Boris Whitworth was found guilty of three counts of rape. He was sentenced to 10 years in prison.

In the second case, Caleb Eidlebach was convicted of second-degree murder and tampering with evidence.

“Eidlebach received a sentence of 25 years at 100% to serve,” GPD said.

GPD thanked the Sumner County District Attorney’s Office for getting justice in both cases.
