Power outage restored in Spokane Valley that affected almost 3,500 people

SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash — A power outage in Spokane Valley leaves almost 3,500 people without power.

Avista says the outage started around 11:10 a.m. Sunday. Crews are on scene, and they say power has been restored.

The cause of the outage is still under investigation.
